کاربرد فعالیت های موسیقایی در مداخله های کاردرمانی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم

زمینه: موسیقی امروزه یکی از رایج ترین اقدامات درمانی است که در کنار درمانهای اصلی اختلال طیف اتیسم استفاده میشود. از آن جا که این درمان به عنوان یکی از انواع مداخله های طب مکمل مطابق با تمایلات و تواناییهای این کودکان است، نتایج مثبتی را درپی داشته است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد با اشاره به برخی از این مقاله ها در حوزه کاربرد موسیقی، اهمیت استفاده از این مداخله آسان، ارزان و جذاب را برای درمان نقایص مختلف در کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اتیسم بیان کند. نتیجه گیری: براساس مرور پژوهش های موجود در اختلال طیف اتیسم، از موسیقی برای ایجاد بهبودی در مهارت های اجتماعی و ارتباطات بین فردی، مهارت های کلامی، حرکتی و رفتاری و نیز امور مربوط به خودیاری استفاده شده است. البته پژوهش های انجام شده اغلب به صورت پژوهش موردی و با حجم نمونه اندک هستند، بنابراین تشویق درمانگران به استفاده از موسیقی و اجرای پژوهش های قویتر میتواند به گسترش این روش درمانی موثر کمک شایانی کند
